This full body blast utilizes Heavier workloads, compounded movements, focusing on larger muscle groups and taping into every muscle fiber in your body! This class moves at a lightening fast place with a no stretch, no rest mentality, blowing out your upper body, blasting your abs, and destroying your legs! YOU will be sore, YOU will get results! Technique Workshop

With out FORM there can be no FREEDOM! Once perfect form in mastered than and only than can you truly transform your body in the shortest amount of time! This workshop is extremely hands-on and is dedicated to perfecting an individual's form. The class moves at a slower place, allowing for detailed descriptions of the moves, providing adjustments and modifications as needed. Each workshop is 75 minutes with a 15 minute questions & answer period at the end. We highly recommend that every client take at least one form workshop. They are extremely beneficial for those just starting out, providing a solid foundation to build upon as one's fitness level increases or for those clients that are looking for a little refresher. Perfect form is the key to achieving faster results and maintaining them over time. "How you do anything, is how you do everything".
